Dr Kate M. Miltner
Kate is currently a Marie Skłodowska-Curie TRAIN@Ed Postdoctoral Fellow based in the Centre for Research in Digital Education. Her research expertise centers on the circulation of power within digital contexts, with a particular focus on the (re)production of structural inequalities within sociotechnical cultures and institutions.
Research project: Her current project, Who’s Coding, is an ERC and DDI-funded project that examines the experiences and outcomes for UK adults who attend digital skills academies (i.e., coding bootcamps, coding schools) with a particular focus on issues of inclusion and belonging.
